“I attended a PQU seminar, but my credits are not on record. Why?”

Most PQU seminars are accepted for 3 IEEB Credits & BICSI RCDD Installer Hours. If your credits are not recorded it may because of one of these issues:

  • PQU does NOT report attendees to any credit authority. Attendees must provide the proper credit authorities with proof of attendance (copy of attendance certificate) themselves.
  • You did not provide PQU with an email address. All PQU communication is handled through email. You must provide PQU with an email address to claim your PQU attendance certificate.
  • The PQU seminar you attended was not recognized by the credit authorizing authorities as acceptable for credit.

“Does PQU hold ‘special request’ seminars?”

Yes, if your company would like to sponsor a specific PQU seminar a PQU instructor can come to your location or host a seminar in one of our PQU classrooms.
